We achieved this with 3 steps.</div><div><br></div><div>1. User have to reply the notification email ('RE:' should not change) with their decision.</div><div><br></div><div>2. They have to simply reply using words Approve or Reject (we considered only first letter in the word).</div><div><br></div><div>3. <div style="RIGHT: auto">There are lot of discussions about the Outlook integration with SAP. Our requirement is the workitems of ECC should be sent to outlook(PR release workitems) and approvers should be able to approve it without logging into SAP. </div>

<div>So, extended notifications is not an option here as it requires a log-in into ECC system.</div>

<div>Is there no other option available without installing additional components like DUET etc to achieve this functionality?<br>
