Offline Approval to ECC via Outlook

Thanks Jocelyn and Florin. The extended notification works only in the
network. Our requirement is a truely offline solution.

>From ECC, we are able to send the email with the link, but user has to
click on the link and send a reply back to SAP with this solution.
