Strange Behavior of Decision Work Item

Hi Sue,

Some debugging points:

1) Did you test in DEV on your users laptop/desktop? , So to eliminate the
GUI/ActiveX issues.

2) Is it happening for all workflows where a User Decision involved,and a
user presses back ?

3) In the rarest case, the popup function module which is shown in the
screen shot has been made Obsolete in EHP5 as far as i know... so
investigate if there is any OSS for EHP4 in conjunction with your tcode. (
SAP is replacing the code in standard wherever POPUP_TO_DECIDE has been
called..)

4) Compare / tweak the default personal workflow settings (in sbwp) of  the
users...so to find a work around.
