Hi Sue, <br><br>Some debugging points: <br><br>1) Did you test in DEV on your users laptop/desktop? , So to eliminate the GUI/ActiveX issues.<br><br>2) Is it happening for all workflows where a User Decision involved,and a user presses back ?<br>
<br>3) In the rarest case, the popup function module which is shown in the screen shot has been made Obsolete in EHP5 as far as i know... so investigate if there is any OSS for EHP4 in conjunction with your tcode. ( SAP is replacing the code in standard wherever POPUP_TO_DECIDE has been called..)<br>
