Is this buffering issue?

Hi All,

The reported user had an old SAP User ID and he got a new one created recently too.

He maintained a substitution rule from old user id to the new one. I believe this would have been the actual root cause!

I removed the substitution and the user now reports that the issue got resolved!

Hi Hari, 

Did you check if the work items were in READY or IN PROGRESS status... if they're already in progress they won't be reassigned - user needs to give them up. 
Only ones in Ready status get reassigned automatically.

Hi Hari.

"Reports getting work items"? Look in SWI5 and check if they really
are getting the workitems.
If you don't see it happening in SWI1, then it's unlikely to be the case.
