Testing Workflow deadlines, wait steps, logically deleted cases etc.

You can create separate transports that do nothing but change the
deadlines to a test period (e.g. switch days to minutes) and back again.
You can parameterize your deadlines or perhaps just the deadline units so
you can configure them outside of workflow. This is usually a good idea
anyway.
