outlook notification not reaching portal after GUI upgrade

Hi,

We faced problem after upgrading SAP GUI that when user try to access WI on portal through link in outlook message,

the system will take him to SAP ECC.

Could anybody help me.

New SAP GUI:
Release:  720 FINAL RELEASE
File version: 7200.1.3.3190
Build:   1196830
Patch level : 3
