SAP GUI Inbox - Document count always "1"...

Hi All and happy Friday,

I have a minor annoyance in the SAP GUI inbox. 
Whenever users have no Documents in their inbox, they exit inbox, 
come back in, expand tree, and count is ALWAYS "1".
User clicks on the Documents folder, then flips to "0". 

I had this issue YEARS ago and just went away. Now, 
it resurfaced. (Or users just stop complaining... can't remember!)

I am trying to get to OSS Notes, but incredibly slow.
