Deadline monitoring based on factory calendar

Ha, not only should you read it more often, but you should also upgrade to
the latest version :-)

Version 2 is almost twice as big at over 900 pages, and explains how to do
this without instantiation or default values, all in the deadline tab of
your workflow step. You can even make the number of days dynamic.
