Call Workflow Inbox Directly

If you're thinking about purely coming from an ABAP & SAP GUI angle have you tried looking at the old 'Demo' program RSWL_INPLACE_INBOX_DEMO?
 
I don't think the SWL_ and RH_ 'INBOX*' FMs have been superceded...but then again things might have moved on.
 
The main one, RH_INBOX_VIEW_CREATE, would appear to have been kept up to date with the latest Enhancement Packs that we've taken recently.

Hi Folks, 

Is there anyway, using code, that I can call the Workflow Inbox directly in SBWP. 

I am using the CALL TRANSACTION 'SBWP' code, but it opens up the Business Workplace at the top level, is there any way that I can CALL TRANSACTION 'SBWP' and get it to open up in the Workflow Inbox?
