Use of CL_WF_CONTAINER_COMPLETE

HI Experts ,

We are trying to implement a workflow for FSCM dispute management (
WS01700044 ) ,  one of the tasks uses the class CL_WF_CONTAINER_COMPLETE and
method  COMPLETE_OBJECTS .  The workflow Tiggers based on the BO BUS2022.

What i am unable to get is , what is the reason for using this Method  ? .
Does the container complete means a refresh of the container  values Or is
something else  ?
