Work Items in SWI5 but not in SBWP

There is an OSS note for this issue 1486176 SWI5: Incorrect result if user has no work items

Symptom
You use transaction SWI5 (workload analysis) to determine the work items that a user
has in their workflow inbox.
The transaction displays a list of work items even though the user does not actually
have any work items in their workflow inbox. These are work items that are assigned to
other users.

Hope this helps,

Mark

Also check the work items are not in ERROR or WAITING status - as these will not show in the inbox.

Try refreshing the organisational structure from within the SBWP menu, and also refreshing buffers using transaction SWU_OBUF.
Check the workflow items you see are of dialog type, to be visible in SBWP.

Hi all,

I have a situation in SRM where every user has the same shopping cart workflow tasks in SWI5 but when checking SBWP for the users they are not displayed. The workflow log only shows the correct recipient.

Any ideas how this could happen?

Regards,

Craig
