Work Items in SWI5 but not in SBWP

    Please check in the users inbox in different folders. Sometimes, they might go under Reserved folder, etc. So, please check all of them once.

Hi all,


I have a situation in SRM where every user has the same shopping cart workflow tasks in SWI5 but when checking SBWP for the users they are not displayed. The workflow log only shows the correct recipient. 


Any ideas how this could happen?
