ISU ASSESS workflow config

The event is triggered when an actual read is received that is lower
than previous read(s), I.e. when it is evident that the previous read
or reads were over estimated.

The logic to determine whether the event should be raised or not is
contained in FM ISU_EVENT_ASSESSING (?) or similar, no system to check
the name at the moment. There is a user exit in the FM that let's you
override the standard behaviour.

Hope that helps
Gavin
