ISU ASSESS workflow config

Hi,

We are facing issue, as the ISU ASSESS workflow is not started many times. Via event trace I was able to pinpoint that the event ISUCONTRCT-ASSESSED is not getting triggered.

Can any one you share pointers on where the event gets triggered; any help on customizing section for this workflow? Basically I am trying to find out the conditions when the event should be triggered.
