SWDD- Unable to open workflow- Urgent :(

Yes Event Linkages are without error. This workflow is up and running in
Production for few years without any issue.  Recently I had to add a new
step to workflow and I did that in Development system after generating
version.  Then I transported it to QAS and issue started happening.
