Thanks Sue for a quick repy, I thought you do this only for passive substitution. Here the user has activated the substitution and also SWI5 shows only the user as a recipient of the workitem.

Thanks

Adam

Hi Adam,

Have the substitute go to his/her in-box. Click from the menu at the top of the screen - Settings—>Workflow Settings àPersonal Settings. In the Further Settings section, make sure that the “Also display work items of adopted substitutions” box is checked.

Subject: Substitution not working

hi All,
We are on ECC6. User has ceated and activated a substitute. I see the entries in the table HRUS_D2 and active field is checked with the substitute profile 'ALL' and the date range is set correctly too. But substitute is not getting workitems!! Can any one suggest what can be an issue?

Thanks in advance
Adam
