Workflow for appraisal

Hi all,

Trying to implement custom workflow for appraisal result in strange behavior. I 
tried to customize events of object type APPR_DOC using PHAP_CATALOG_PA and I'm 
getting strange behaviors: sometimes event does not publish, sometimes it 
published twice and sometimes it is OK, meaning just once.
Feels like I'm missing something. Has anyone experienced using of APPR_DOC 
events? any suggestions? any events to use or not use?
