AW: Delete/complete WF from middle step?

Dear Bhupinder,

within Trabsaktion SWIA (you must have WF-Authorisations and Knowledge  as Administrator) you can set a complete WF-Instance to LOGICAL DELETED. Open the Protocoll of the Instance, doubble click the first WF-Id, change to *Change" and you will get the option "logical delete".

 

If you relly should do this depands on the WF itself. If the correct flow of the WF will send e.g. Events to trigger further actios, it will be not done if you set LOGICAL DELTED before the WF-Steps are executed.

 

So be very careful and use this suggestion only you are really sure what you are doing with this.

Dear Experts,

 

WF has 3 steps, currently it is at step-2. User wants to delete/complete the WI without sending to next level.

 

I don't have authorization to SWWL in production system which enables me to logically delete the WI from step-2. is there any other way to delete/complete the WF at step-2.
