Workflow is not getting triggered with events

We develop in one DEV client and test in another client of DEV, so it happened to me in the client where I was testing.  When this has happened to me (No configuration for workflow WS....), I regenerated the workflow in the development client and refreshed the buffers in the testing client (SWU_OBUF) and then it worked fine.

The Event is properly getting created but I receive the error
Database error '4' reading table 'SWD_FUNCS'
No configuration for workflow WS90000006 version 0

Everything in the Workflow is correct. It is properly activated. Please note that If I check the Trigger Receiver FM Synchronous the Workflow gets triggered from this event. Please provide some hint.
