Workflow is not getting triggered with events

Hi
 
The Event is properly getting created but I receive the error 
Database error '4' reading table 'SWD_FUNCS'
No configuration for workflow WS90000006 version 0
 
Everything in the Workflow is correct. It is properly activated. Please note that If I check the Trigger Receiver FM Synchronous the Workflow gets triggered from this event. Please provide some hint.
