Hello all,

This is just a heads up for those of you who may be upgrading/applying
support packs up to level SAPKB70103 on ECC, or SAPKB70018 in SRM.

Workitems that were forwarded prior to the upgrade may be lost to the
selected agents.  
We found that the OSS Note 1308276 corrected this problem.  It has also been
confirmed by another source that this note fixed a similar problem for him.

 

What makes this thorny is two-fold:

1) Who ever complains that they did *not* receive a workitem?  
2) Who would think to log in to the Business Workplace of your users to see
previously forwarded workitems?  Not me.
