support packs up to level SAPKB70103 on ECC, or SAPKB70018 in SRM.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

11.0pt'>Workitems that were forwarded prior to the upgrade may be lost to the
selected agents. <br>
We found that the OSS Note 1308276 corrected this problem. It has also been
confirmed by another source that this note fixed a similar problem for him.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
