Usually the reason that users receive irrelevant work items is because
the agent assignment is somehow incorrect.  But you could also have a
standard workflow activated accidentally.  To be able to help you we
would need more information.  I would recommend that if you are
supporting workflow you may want to obtain a copy of the workflow
"bible" Practical Workflow for SAP, and/or take an SAP course in
workflow to get the basics down.  Then this group will be a wonderful
resource to enhance your knowledge.
