ABAP-OO & Decision Task issues in 6.20

Thanks Jocelyn. The decision step is no longer in picture so I don't need the
class method as the secondary method. The second issue was also resolved as you
suggested (Txn SWDC_DEFINITION - Basic Settings -> Workflow Definition Time ->
Workflow Builder).
