How can I remove "Cancel and keep work item in inbox" from a User Decision Step

I have a requirement to remove the default "Cancel and keep work item in
inbox" from a User Decision Step.  

The reason I would like to remove it is because I don't want the user to
come back to the Decision Step.  I want them to return to the previous
step in the workflow.  I am using the user decision step in a sub
workflow so I am managing the return to the previous step myself.  I
have added the option "Keep invoice in my Inbox" as the first option
which will return them to the displaying of the invoice rather then
returning to the User Decision.
