Event CATS.CREATED not raised

Thanks Claude,
I've also figured that out after reviewing standard code. BTW, help.sap.com documentation says CATS approval workflow is out-of-date and should now be processed only via single-step task customized in CATS profile.
Personally I created the event again using enhancement implementation cause the customer wanted to keep the same workflow working as is.

We just upgraded to ECC6 and the SAP ABAP code no longer raises the
event.

Hi all,

I'm trying to work with the time sheet approval scenario.
Whenever recording and releasing a time sheet through t.code CAT2, the
system does not raise event CATS.CREATED.
What am I missing? when will the event get triggered?

I'm using ECC6 ENH4. BTW, in previous 4.6c system the event is raised as
expected.
