Ad Hoc Anchor step gives Short Dump

Hello Friends,

We are facing a strange issue in SRM workflow for the  Ad Hoc Anchor steps
added to the Workflow.
We are getting a short dump in production when Approver tries to forward WI
to another User.
Team is debugging , but wanted to know if anyone has faced a similar issue
and what was the solution.
