Hi Manish,

Have you done the Agent Assignment at the Header (Basic Data (the Hat))
level of the workflow? You would make it a General Task if you want all
users to be able to execute the workflow from GOS. If it is just for
certain users, then you would create the agent assignment for each one.

Subject: Workflow not listed in GOS-Start Workflow for CRMD_ORDER

Hello,

We need to provide users with an option to start a custom workflow from
transaction CRMD_ORDER. So a custom workflow with "Start Form" was
created. Also the user was defined as one of the possible agent. \

However the workflow is not listed in CRMD_ORDER > GOS > Start Workflow,
though it's visible in SWUI. What we see instead is the following
message in the window.

Help

Several objects are known in the selected work item. To start a
workflow, perform the following steps in the specified order:

1.	Select an object
2.	Select a workflow
3.	Start the workflow

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Regards,

Manish
