Problem got solved. Forgot to check in SWPC before raising the question.
I have restarted the work item.

Many Thanks!

You have not told us if you tried SWPC that Seth mentioned before. As
per the screenshot the workitem seems to have completed but the workflow
has not progressed further. Try SWPC first and then check the workflow
again, expand all nodes to see if there are messages anywhere else.
Also, let us know if the workflow deinition was recently changed.

	Hi all,

I have a special case as work item got struck up even though
user has
	completed the user decision step.

Please find the below screen shot and also the attachment.

Checked the technical details for the decision step and its
showing the
	"work item processing complete" .

After that no " result processing" . it's been struck up since 5
days.
When checked with agent he said I have completed the work item
	execution.

When checked the container values of the user decision step :
the
_WI_RESULT and _Result both are set with " 0001" value. It means
user
has selected the first option of user decision step.

How to handle these kind of cases like even though user has
completed
processing and it hasn't resulted into completion.

Kindly let me know your valuable inputs ASAP since the problem
is in
production system that too for this particular instance only.

	Thanks & Regards,

You might need to manually update the container with the correct
result
	to restart it.

Have you tried "Continue Workflows After System Crash", SWPC?
Use the
top level workitem ID on the selection screen.

Also, have you verified that the user's decision was captured in
_WI_Result? Have you made any changes to the template since
this WF
went live? If you deleted a task from one of the result
branches this
could cause issues as the workflow instances are version
specific.

	Hi all,

I have a special case as work item is reported in Tcode
swi2_adm1(work
	items without agents)

When I checked the log the work flow got struck up at the user
decision
	step

Checked the technical details for the decision step and its

How to handle these kind of cases like even though user has
completed
processing and it hasn't resulted into completion and the work
item is
reported under swi2_adm1 and why this kind of scenario has
occurred.
	Please let me know.
