Dear  Den

To achieve auto approval workflow ws12300111 will not help much.
You will have to understand that

1. The leave applied by employee is stored in the intermediate table with 
status sent.
2. You will have to post the request that has to be auto approved with 
status approved.

Threre is a bgjob rptarqpost which actually reads the intermediate table and 
posts the leave in to infotype 2001.
