'Form' step and Pdf attachment

Hi Friends,

Can you please help m out with following requirement. Sorry if similar
question was asked here before.



Here is the requirement.

If Course or Attendance cancelled 3 days or more before course start date we
need to send form ZPDF_1 for as attachment to an approver(say Smith).

If Course or Attendance cancelled less than 3 days before course start date
we need to send form ZPDF_2  for as attachment to an approver(Say Smith).



My question :-

 Can I use ‘Form’ step to generate PDF form and later attach it with an
email?
