Send Mail to return value, Portals Link

Thank you for you input. The Portal URL link is what I had in mind but our
link to Portals is > 60 chars and unfortunartely these are not displayed as
LINKs in emails / WI  sent via workflow. Have you every tried to use a link
of about 70 chars or more and got it to work. chars

Receiving emails within the SAP application and writing an ABAP routine to
collect these emails and trigger a reminder WFL is one way of doing it, I
was wonderin if the '"Remind me later" button could some how launch an event
for which my there would be a listener in my orginal workflow that sends the
email.

I am wondering if in the past other WUGers have launched events from
external emails which are received by SAP or do we have to create BSP's for
this..

Any input is appreciated.
