Send Mail to return value, Portals Link

Hi Shalini,

I had done > 60 chars by using FM in past with no problem. The best practice
for Portal URL is to make simple URL e.g.(http://portal.mailposte.ca ) vs.
very long original SAP portal url. Again your Basis team will have to help
you on this.

For your second issue to trigger the event externally I don't think it's
available today in SAP. However another way to do is create a webservice.
Within that webservice you can triger the event. Webservice can be called
externally in today's SOA environment. What version of SAP you're in?
