Hi Jocelyn,
I believe that is what has happened. That unnerving advice via OSS must
have been referring to the UWL. We don't use the UWL at this site and
have not come across that requirement so in the context of this
implementation the advice was a furphy. It certainly made no sense.
Thanks for clarifying that.

Hi Karl,
Are you sure you aren't confusing it with the ext notif settings for UWL
Delta Pull? That would need FULL run daily and DELTA throughout the day
... i.e. to set up the buffers at the start of the day, and update them
throughout the daty.
For email reminders of work items DELTA only is sufficient if you just
want to notify of new work.
Regards,
Jocelyn

G'day Karl,
On a first run, Delta will pick up all items and on subsequent runs will
only pickup new workitems since last run.
'Full' is a snapshot off *all* workitems in a users inbox, so it could be
sent once in the morning for example.

Hi,
I had anticipated using filter FULL once, when running SWNSELSEN for the
first time, and thereafter using DELTA on a regular scheduled basis, on
the assumption that DELTA would pick up all changes since the last run.
However, latest advice via OSS is that FULL should be run once daily and
DELTA at regular intervals through the day, so this contradicts my
assumption. The doco indicates a difference in how they work based on
changes to the org structure but that does clarity the issue, so is there
a definitive explanation available of their differences in purpose and
frequency of execution?
