E-mail Sending Error from SAP Inbox to Outlook

Hi,



We have customized workflow for PO approval. It generally works fine. My
problem is sometimes workflow doesn’t send e-mail from SAP Inbox to Outlook.
Although I can see that decisions appear in SAP Inbox but doesn’t trigger to
Outlook. One decision is successfully transferred to Outlook but another one
that has created 3, 4 minutes later is jammed in SAP Inbox. Is there any way
that I could trigger such workflows’ from SAP Inbox to related person’s
Outlook address.
