Issue with Email delivery/read notifications

Hi All, 

We have an issue with incoming mails to the EIC system (SAP CRM5.0) mailbox. 
At the moment only 30% of the incoming emails are true emails, rest 70% mails are delivery/read notifications. We wanted to disable the delivery and read notification. 
We found the OSS notes 331265, 579938, 564680 but not sure which one to apply. 
Can you please suggest the right OSS note. Your help is highly appreciated.
