</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">We have an issue with incoming mails to the EIC system (SAP CRM5.0) mailbox. </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">At the moment only 30% of the incoming emails are true emails, rest 70% mails are delivery/read notifications. We wanted to<B> disable</B> the delivery and read notification. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">We found the OSS notes 331265,</FONT> <FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">579938, 564680</FONT><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial"> but not sure which one to apply. </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Can you please suggest the right OSS note. Your help is highly appreciated.</FONT>
