Asking questions and SAP-WUG

All,
I think Jocelyn and Neil have valid points - that I have personally heard from others on this list.
Monique does as well.

Yes, we are here to help; we want to help, or we wouldn't reply to queries.
BUT, some due diligence should be displayed on the part of the requester.

Tell us more about your scenario, what release you are on, what notes you've tried, what the SAP Help says.

This all falls under the category of 'teaching someone to fish'. Rather than just feeding them for the day.

I recommend that Indraneel try re-posting his question with more details.

Ok well.... Sue I think you might need to way in here ... but Neil was perhaps a little harsh... We are quite happy to give assistance to anyone even beginners - but of course like any forum, it's simply assistance and cannot be considered a substitute for training or a way to get "free consulting".

Indraneel - it would help if you gave more detail - e.g. what system/release, have got the base po approval working as standard within SAP yet, what options you have tried or considered for sending to Outlook, etc. You will find it easier to get help if you demonstrate that you have at least tried...

Regards,
Jocelyn

I thought this forum was to be able to ask questions and get assistance no matter how insignificant it may sound to the workflow professionals.

If that is not the case, then I will be unregistering from this forum.

No.

This forum is not for teaching nor for aiding those who clearly cannot do their jobs or expect others to do it for them. This forum is intended to help those out who have genuine questions that they cannot answer after extensively looking themselves for the answer.
