OK, I might have come across harsh but seriously come on. When I am
presented with a challenge I don't throw the towel at the first hurdle and
ask someone to do the work for me. I spend time investigating possible
solutions before I seek guidance from my peers.

There are too many people out there who expect the work to be done for them
and that is quite simply not acceptable. How can anyone learn with that
attitude?
