Ok well.... Sue I think you might need to way in here ... but Neil was
perhaps a little harsh... We are quite happy to give assistance to
anyone even beginners - but of course like any forum, it's simply
assistance and cannot be considered a substitute for training or a way
to get "free consulting".
 
Indraneel - it would help if you gave more detail - e.g. what
system/release, have got the base po approval working as standard within
SAP yet, what options you have tried or considered for sending to
Outlook, etc. You will find it easier to get help if you demonstrate
that you have at least tried...
