SAPforms in ECC60

Hi all,
We are in upgrade from 4.6c to ECC60 and we are using sapforms for PR release. The workitems are sent to the user inbox (Exchange) but the r3f attachment can not be executed. We get the following message "Runtime error - The R3F helper application could not process the requested R3F file".
 
Does anybody knows what could be the problem?
