workflow setting to receive forwarded work items

Thanks a lot sathish.

But this does not happen for all the users. This happens only for one
particular user and that's why I would like to know any role or
authorization or settings are missing.

We had a similar issue after upgrade, Please check SAP note 1308276.

Hi,

There is a particular user who does not receive the forwarded work items
alone in his SBWP in box. Other wise in his work load(SWI5) we could see
the forwarded work items. Any workflow settings need to be done for him?
