workflow setting to receive forwarded work items

We had a similar issue after upgrade, Please check SAP note 1308276.

Hi,

There is a particular user who does not receive the forwarded work items alone in his SBWP in box. Other wise in his work load(SWI5) we could see the forwarded work items. Any workflow settings need to be done for him?
