can substituite is applicable (Arghadip)

Once you make a substitute you will get all the workitems that is present currently in the User's SAP Inbox. It doen not matter whether they are old or new. Please note the workitem will not appear in the substitute workload analysis SWI5. It will appear in SBWP.
