Intermittent Events not triggering from Event Queue

Problem solved!

What was happening is that the images were being scanned incorrectly (to
the wrong employee or the wrong document type). We have a home grown
program that allows images to be re-linked to the correct place. They
were re-linking the images, which would not trigger the event. They
failed to tell me that little tidbit about re-linking.....thanks for all
the responses...it's great to have someplace to come to for help!

Hi Sue,

Have a look at SWU2 or SM58 within a few hours of losing events. Also
check dumps in ST22.

Cheers,
Mike
