Issue with the UWL connecting to the Backendsystem

Hi Friends,
 We have a problem with the UWL connecting to the Backendsystem in order to
retreive Workitems. The user is have SAP ALL Authorization but we are
getting the following error msg:

*Exception type:com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.connect.ConnectorException
Message:Tue Sep 16 22:27:00 CDT 2008
(Connector) :com.sap.portal.connectivity.ConnectivityRuntimeException:User
is missing credentials for connecting to alias XE1304. Contact your system
administrator*


What could be the issue. Please advice.
