Maintain substitutions for deleted User

hello there,

I need your help.

We have a user receiving workflows even though he is not assigned to the 
position in the Organizational Plan.

We have found that in table HRP1001 there is a record for the position 
with a date of 12/31/2999.  We see the user that made the record is not in 
the system anymore.

I am not sure how to remove the record for the position.

Any help would be appreciated.
