Agent determination failure

Hi,
The actual cause could be anything and you'll need to debug your agent
rule or trace to figure out what the cause was (usually data if nothing
changed). Depending on what your rule is you can set the rule to go to
error in the event that an agent is not found so that the workflow will stop
before sending the item to everyone.
Thanks,
jacob

Subject: Agent determination failure
Dear workflow users
I have a workflow which is not resolving an agent at a particular step. This
particular workflow was working until today
And because it is not resolving the agent it is sending the work item to all
users (General task), thereby creating a panic.
Any ideas on what could be wrong and what needs to be done
