Agent determination failure

Dear workflow users

I have a workflow which is not resolving an agent at a particular step. This particular workflow was working until today

And because it is not resolving the agent it is sending the work item to all users (General task), thereby creating a panic.

Any ideas on what could be wrong and what needs to be done
